Preventive Maintenance
Why should we have our heating/cooling system seasonally maintained?
It has been our experience that the most efficient heat/cooling system is one that is maintained at least twice a year via a comprehensive Service Maintenance program. The savings are four fold. The first being the obvious extended life of the equipment. The second, hopefully being, the elimination of system failure and the need for a late night emergency call. The third, and often over looked, is the fact that a well maintained, clean, calibrated, and lubricated system is simply less expensive to operate. Finally, and perhaps most important, our technicians will quickly become familiar with all of your mechanical systems, their locations, and any specific needs, which is essential information required to get your system quickly back on line during a failure.
What is involved in a Service Maintenance program?

Why should we consider a Scheduled Facility Walk-Through inspection?
Maybe you're too small to employ a full time maintenance man! Perhaps you'd like to be able to budget your maintenance expenses evenly across the year! You may just hate calling a professional for those small, nuisance problems due to costs, and choose to wait for a combination of repairs! Regardless of the size of your facility we have a program for you. It may require a weekly bi-weekly or monthly visit. Call us today for a free evaluation and a customized proposal for handling all your facilities needs.
